This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we only keep what you choose to send us, and we use it to reply to you.

Who we are
This website is run by The Artistry of Humanity Pty Ltd, an Australian company. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means The Artistry of Humanity.
What you send us through our forms
Our website has a few forms: the contact form, Masterclass applications, coaching enquiries, speaker enquiries and session feedback. When you fill one in, we receive what you type, such as your name, email address, organisation, phone number if you give it, and your message.
These forms are processed and stored by Netlify, the company that hosts our website, and Netlify may store them on servers outside Australia. We use what you send only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about. We don’t sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone else for their own use.
If you give feedback and tick the box saying we can use your words, we may quote you in our marketing with the attribution you gave us. If you don’t tick it, your feedback stays with us.
The Fulfilment check-in
The check-in is answered in your browser. Your answers and your score are worked out on your own device and are not sent to us or stored by us.
We’re adding an option to have your results emailed to you. If you ask us to email your results, we’ll receive your email address and your results so we can send them, and we’ll treat them like anything else you send us through a form.
Videos
Videos on this site are hosted on YouTube and load only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Once you press play, YouTube (Google) handles that video under its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies.
Cookies and tracking
We don’t use tracking cookies or advertising cookies, and we don’t show ads. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to fetch them.
Emails from us
If we email you and you’d rather we didn’t, use the unsubscribe link in the email or write to us, and we’ll stop.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll respond as soon as we can.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
